Without doubt, Bophut is one of Koh Samui’s favourite destinations with its peaceful shores, laid-back atmosphere and the charming Fisherman’s Village. Fisherman’s Village is probably the oldest place on the island and used to be the main French outpost on the island for many years. Today you find elegant and well preserved wooden shophouses paired with some modern boutique stores, hotels and restaurants, arches and narrow alleys still carrying the rustic charm.
