Welcome to El Gaucho. These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your relationship with Gaucho Co., Ltd (“El Gaucho”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) across all of our channels — including our website elgaucho.asia, our restaurants, and any other services offered under the El Gaucho brand.
By accessing our website, making a reservation, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with El Gaucho, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions (which govern commercial transactions) and our Privacy & Cookie Policy (which governs how we handle your personal data).

You may view and print content from our website for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any El Gaucho content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
No licence is granted to use any trade mark, service mark, or logo of El Gaucho or its related entities, whether registered or unregistered.
5. Alcohol Service
El Gaucho serves alcohol in compliance with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act B.E. 2551 and all other applicable Thai laws and regulations. The legal drinking age in Thailand is 20 years.
Our team reserves the right to request valid photo identification from any guest before serving alcohol, regardless of apparent age. El Gaucho will not serve alcohol to any person who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who, in the reasonable judgement of our staff, appears to be intoxicated, is behaving in a manner that poses a risk to themselves or others, or is purchasing alcohol on behalf of a minor.
El Gaucho acts responsibly in the service of alcohol and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from misrepresentation of age or the misuse of alcohol consumed on or off our premises.
