We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing and advertising activities across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing best practices, enjoys analyzing campaign performance, and can create engaging content that speaks to our target audience.

- Campaign Management & Advertising
- Apply in-depth understanding of common marketing and advertising best practices to all campaigns.
- Oversee the design, content, and execution of advertising campaigns to ensure they meet the needs and behaviors of the target audience.
- Manage and monitor campaigns, analyzing results from each campaign to determine what worked and what needs improvement for future initiatives.
- Research & Strategy
- Conduct research on current industry trends and competitor activities.
- Make recommendations on how to adjust company promotions and marketing activities based on market insights.
- Analyze customer data to identify new consumer trends and preferences that can inform future marketing plans.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Create, schedule, analyze, and engage with content posted on social media platforms.
- Work closely with the graphics team to create appealing ads and visuals for social syndication and other marketing channels.
- Be proficient in email marketing and responsible for planning and sending email campaigns.
- Collaboration & Other Tasks
- Interact directly with the graphics team and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- React to changes productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

PLATFORM EXPERIENCE
- Google Ads, Google My Business (GMB), Google Display Network (GDN)
- Facebook / Instagram & Business Manager
- Mailchimp or other email marketing providers

- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills to review and apply campaign results.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Honest, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Probation: 3 months
- Working time:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
