Marketing & Sourcing Executive

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Sourcing Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends marketing execution with sourcing and supplier coordination — perfect for someone who’s both creative and operationally strong.

You'll be responsible for identifying and maintaining partnerships, researching and sourcing materials, developing POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), and actively supporting the execution of marketing plans — including content writing and communication.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Management

  • Research and approach hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and other relevant businesses to explore partnership opportunities that can drive customers to visit and experience our restaurants.
  • Manage collaborations such as influencer visits, content reviews, or referral programs with tourism-related partners.
  • Coordinate all communications between the company and partners.
  • Track and organize the partnership process from initial inquiry to execution.

Marketing Execution

  • Propose ideas and support campaigns for new branch openings, internal company events, and initiatives to boost performance at other branches.
  • Assist with the execution of marketing plans, including social media campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Track timelines and ensure all marketing activities are completed on schedule.
  • Write and edit content for social media, marketing materials, product tags, and menus.

Sourcing & POSM Development

  • Support the creation and production of branded materials, displays, and POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials).
  • Research and propose new suppliers and materials that align with brand quality and design.
  • Request samples, gather quotations, and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Receive and send POSM orders based on internal branch requests, coordinating deliveries and maintaining order logs.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system to ensure POSM stock is consistently available.

Other Responsibilities

  • Conducting research about current industry trends and making recommendations for how to adjust company promotions and activities accordingly.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify new consumer trends and preferences to inform future marketing plans.
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Platform experience:

  • Google Ads, GMB, GDN
  • Facebook, Instagram, Business Manager
  • Mailchimp or other email marketing providers

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing or a relevant qualification is required.
  • 1–3 years experience in marketing, sourcing, partnerships, or operations
  • Experience or understanding of the F&B industry is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confident working with suppliers, vendors, and influencers
  • Data analysis and critical thinking skills to review and apply campaign results.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and work well handling multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated. Honest, Detail, Enthusiastic, and Can-do-attitude.

Schedule

  • Probation: 3 months
  • Working time: Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM and Saturday: 9AM - 1PM
  • Flexibility to handle urgent tasks outside regular working hours when necessary.
