As a Food or Drink Runner, your job is to deliver food or drinks from the kitchen or bar to the correct table, quickly and safely. You work closely with waiters, kitchen staff, and bartenders to make sure guests receive their orders fresh and on time. You also help keep the service area clean, organized, and ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Service Support: Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests; assist waiters with serving and clearing tables.

- Guest Care: Ensure guests receive the correct orders; respond politely and quickly to guest or team requests.

- Station Maintenance: Keep service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary tools and materials.

- Teamwork: Work efficiently with kitchen, bar, and service teams to maintain a smooth flow during service.

- Menu Awareness: Learn basic food and beverage items, including common steak cuts and cooking levels.

- Ability to stay focused, move efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.

- Friendly, helpful attitude.

- Good physical health (able to walk and carry trays for long hours).

- Basic English for simple communication.
