As a Cleaner, your job is to keep the restaurant clean, tidy, and ready for service. You help create a safe and comfortable place for both guests and staff by cleaning the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and workstations. Your work helps maintain high hygiene and presentation standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the restaurant. Clean tables, chairs, fixtures, and glass areas to. maintain a polished appearance.

- Restroom Care: Keep restrooms clean and well-stocked at all times. Regularly check and sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.

- Kitchen & Staff Areas: Clean non-food-contact surfaces in the kitchen, remove trash, and maintain a tidy, odor-free workspace. Support the. upkeep of staff areas and storage spaces.

- Tools & Supplies: Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and correctly. Keep all equipment clean and report when supplies need restocking.

- Opening & Closing Support: Assist in preparing the restaurant before opening and deep-cleaning during closing. Respond quickly to any spills or urgent cleaning needs during service.

- Hard-working and reliable attitude.

- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety.

- Able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Good physical condition (walking, bending, lifting).
