Job Description

- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes with precision and care.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety at all times.

- Follow recipes, portion standards, and the FIFO storage method.

- Support team coordination and communicate effectively during service.

- Handle ingredients, tools, and equipment properly and safely.

- Learn menu items, steak cuts, sides, and sauces to ensure consistency.

Job Requirements

- Positive attitude and respectful behavior.

- Basic English for kitchen terms and communication.

- Good physical condition (standing, lifting, working with heat).

- Willingness to learn and follow standards.

- Follow hygiene: short nails, no jewelry, no phone use during shift.
