We are seeking a detail-oriented Menu Editor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design and a passion for food & beverage branding. You’ll be responsible for updating menus across all restaurant locations, designing visual content for both digital and print, and ensuring high-quality marketing materials that align with our brand. From social media graphics to printed POSM, your work will support both daily operations and marketing campaigns across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and update menus for all restaurant branches. 
• Producing and developing attractive and effective designs for Social Media & Digital platforms, POSM, etc. 
• Design banners, posters, and other marketing materials for print and digital use.
• Printing and organizing finished products. 
• Assist in sourcing and managing printing materials, restaurant POSM, and other marketing assets.
• Coordinating with other departments to create visuals as required.
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Tools Experience:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
• Skilled in Canva; familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in designing F&B menus, promotional materials, or similar visual assets.
• Good English communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be detail-oriented and handle multiple jobs well in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for visual details. 
• Honest, Detail, Enthusiastic, and Can-do-attitude.

• Probation: 3 months 
• Working time: Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM | Saturday: 9AM - 1PM.
• Flexibility to handle urgent tasks outside regular working hours when necessary.
