Marketing Executive
Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing and advertising activities across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing best practices, enjoys analyzing campaign performance, and can create engaging content that speaks to our target audience.
Job Description
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Develop campaign concepts, key messages, and content direction across platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including video shooting and reel production to enhance brand storytelling.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on insights, data, and market trends.
- Work closely with the graphics team to develop creative visuals, advertising materials, and campaign assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all creative materials are delivered accurately and on time.
- Work directly with restaurant operation teams to provide POSM setup instructions, campaign guidelines, and booking instructions to ensure accurate and timely execution at store level.
- Coordinate production, printing, and distribution of POSM and marketing materials.
- Ensure marketing materials are implemented correctly and consistently across all outlets.
- Manage partnerships by maintaining communication with partners, tracking deliverables, sending marketing materials, and following up on collaboration progress.
- Support KOL/KOC/Influencer collaborations, including coordination of materials, timelines, and reporting.
- Support: Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities to support campaign planning.
- Support: Analyze customer data to identify consumer trends and preferences.
- Handle marketing documentation, reports, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Able to react to change productively and handle additional essential tasks when required.
PLATFORM EXPERIENCE
- Google Ads, Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Display Network (GDN)
- Facebook / Instagram & Business Manager
- Mailchimp or other email marketing providers
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills to review and apply campaign results.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Honest, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Employment Type
- Probation: 3 months
- Working time: Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM | Saturday: 9AM - 1PM.
